ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Leader, the role will work closely with Visionet’s Senior Leadership team and will be responsible for managing and growing the Originations practice. This is a role for an ambitious and aggressive individual who delights in their own and their organization’s success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own sales targets and client relationships as assigned to the individual periodically.
  • Lead strategies in B2B sales for clients spanning across North American region.
  • Generate increasing client base for Visionet in the Origination space.
  • Discover and research on prospects; create proposals and presentations based on potential opportunities.
  • Lead client calls to demonstrate the company’s core Origination capability in terms of Domain, Process Automation and Technology Offerings.
  • Review Sales Pipeline with the management team from time to time (information and data related to customer and prospect interactions etc.,)
  • Keep track of market and competitor activity and provide necessary feedback and suggestions to the company’s leadership team.
  • Lead Business Development and Pre-sales efforts to win sales orders with clients.
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to develop key relationships.
  • Liaise with Delivery and Technology team to help them understand client's requirements, facilitate sampling efforts and transition phase.
  • Key Attributes of the Incumbent

  • Should have minimum 10 years’ experience in mortgage sales with strong base in selling residential mortgage solutions.
  • Should have an excellent track record of sales closures.
  • Should have expertise in all Business Development Tools (for eg., inside sales, funnel generation, solution development, customization etc.,)
  • Should have the ability to work in a high energy start-up environment with new technology solutions.
  • Should have the ability to work productively under minimal supervision.
  • Should have experience in working with Offshore teams.
  • Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $85,000.00 to $100,000.00 /year
