Job Summary

National Tactical Solutions, Inc is seeking independent consultant Target/Imagery Development Analysts to become an integral part of our team supporting ongoing analysis programs. This position will support our team analyzing adversary systems, conducting imagery analysis and production, and intermediate target development in support of European Command. The analyst will work developing descriptive, intelligence driven, technical narratives for target summaries within the intermediate target development team and supporting the targeting system analysis team.

  • Qualifications:

  • Imagery analysis experience in the Intelligence Community at the national, service, or operational level.
  • At least 3 years of experience with GEOINT analysis, GEOINT production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control, and training.
  • Familiarity with soft copy and multi-spectral exploitation functionalities.
  • In-depth knowledge of: iSpy, REMOTEVIEW, IEC, NES, ESRI s Arc Suite, MIDB, and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of joint targeting procedures and processes (Joint Publication 3-60 and other related doctrine).
  • Experience in research of the National Exploitation System (NES) or its follow-on and other multi- disciplined Intelligence Community databases to acquire amplifying or clarifying information in support of research and analysis.
  • Experience in producing summary and detailed reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, and ad-hoc reports in support of team production.
  • Experience in authoring technical intelligence analysis products.
  • Experience in authoring technical intelligence analysis products.
  • Excellent communication skills, people skills, management skills, writing skills and quality control skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a track record of high performance.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Responsibilities:

  • Provide imagery analysis against targets utilizing a variety of platforms to locate, identify, characterize, and validate targets in support of combatant commands – primarily European Command
  • Create imagery derived graphics and detailed target reports
  • Produce summary and detailed reports, detailed mission graphics, database remarks, and ad-hoc reports in support of team production
  • Read, extract, and plot coordinates using multiple map and chart scales, projects, and datums
  • Create shapefiles, geo-databases, and data retrieval/storage to support intelligence analysis
  • Collaborate with other Intelligence Community analysts during collection, research, analysis, and product generation processes
  • Education and Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in similar field or 4-6 years of experience in GEOINT analysis and production will be utilized in place of degree requirement.
  • DOD or equivalent Imagery Exploitation Certifications (preferred)
  • Joint or Service Intermediate Target Development Course Certification (preferred)
  • Joint or Service Targeting Course Certification (preferred)
  • Requirements:

  • Top Secret security clearance (Required)
  • CI Poly Complete (Preferred)
  • Mid-Level: Minimum 5 years of experience
  • Junior Level: Minimum 3 years of experience
