Clover Technologies Group is looking for an experienced printer technician for help desk support. Field experience in HP, Lexmark, Xerox, Kyocera preferred.

Under the general direction of the National Product Support and Parts Manager, theTechnical Sales Support is responsible for providing extensive industry wide technical support to Mid-Market customers and end users through the Technical Services Pipeline, email, phone networks and onsite visits. Performs advance triage calls to determine call requirements prior to dispatching a technician or upon escalation to bring a quick resolution to insure total customer satisfaction.

The hours for this position are: 10:00am - 7:00pm*


  • Performs help desk support to customers and end users as required for problem resolution, primarily by phone in a call center environment
  • Assists service provider on-site technicians via phone support as required
  • Assists sales reps with printer and parts opportunities- What does this mean?
  • Develops critical parts lists to provide to Purchasing/Sales for new product introductions
  • Provides assistance with other tech support team members for customer resolution
  • Maintains and updates customer knowledge base material
  • Ability to travel onsite to large customer and end user locations on a limited basis
  • Maintains a clean and organized working and storage area

*Ability to work beyond the typical hours of a scheduled work day in order to meet customer demands

  • Prior Field Printer Service experience preferred
  • Extensive Printer/Copier Industry Knowledge
  • Advanced Technical Training and Manufacturer Certifications: HP & Lexmark Certifications a plus
  • Help Desk support experience a plus (application & hardware support)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Strong Customer Service skills
