A day in the life of the Therapeutic Support Staff:

In this role, you will support each child to participate more fully within their school, family and in the community. Through developing a positive, nurturing relationship with each child and family, this position supports the achievement of identified outcomes and provides customized strategies that will assist the child to develop learn and play in his home, community, and school environments.

Compensation: $ 15.33 - 17.01/hour

Bachelors Degree in Psychology, or related field
One year experience working in a childcare/mental health setting
Prior experience with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder preferred.
Prior experience with applied behavior analysis (DTI, PECS, Verbal Behavior, and PRT) preferred.
Good organizational skills
Clear, pleasant and courteous communicator, both written and oral
Ability to work independently as well as be an effective multi-disciplinary team member
Driver’s license and vehicle and willingness to travel
