This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Charlotte.

JOB DESCRIPTION

VP/Creative Services– Graphics Hub (Full Time Regular): FTS Graphics Hub is currently seeking an experienced VP/Creative Services. Works closely with Art Directors to manage in-house staff of highly talented artists/animators to establish, manage and oversee all aspects of FTS group visual communication and graphic workflow including overall group branding standards, design, 3D & 2D animation, template structures, guidelines and short and long term production planning. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with varying deadlines and priority levels. Motivate, guide, mentor and inspires in all facets of the conceptual and design process. Ensure that visual quality is held to a very high standard and attention to detail for technically demanding initiatives. Handle all aspects of Hub operations including budgeting, planning, forecasting and other essential duties as assigned.

A college degree in design is preferred, although the range and scope of portfolio or work experience may equate. Minimum of five years’ experience preferred as a Creative Director or Design/Art Director leading a large creative staff with professional leadership skills, positive attitude, strong work ethic and judgement. Requires expertise with Adobe CC, not limited to but including After Effects, Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, Media Encoder and Animate as well as related effects plug-ins. Experience with 3D platforms, specifically Cinema 4D. Proficiency or exposure to ChyronHego workflow and suite of broadcast products. Experience or exposure with broadcast set design a plus.
