Scope of Work:

Currently we are seeking a Kronos Developer / Technical SME within-depth understanding of IT system planning methodology, IT management issues, technology architectures, and general implementation and technical support issues.

This role requires technical and functional responsibilities in one person not only to lead but to be the go to person for all Kronos effort implementation. We are migrating to Workforce Dimensions. Workforce Dimensions experience is required for the configuration, migration to this new platform.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform implementation assessment (Technology/Functionality) and develop the migration roadmap, including the risk management plan.
• Implement, migrate, upgrading, and supporting Kronos Dimensions is required.
• Designs, develop, and execute the migration roadmap for the Kronos Time and Attendance system.
• The individual in this role serves as an advanced level integrator and troubleshooter utilizing strong integration, development, testing processes, skills, and knowledge of respective principles and their practical application to meet goals and decide.
• Work with project team members to solidify business requirements, participate in fit/gap analysis sessions, lead design workshops, and ensure requirements are developed and thoroughly tested in the system.
• Conduct build and development activities to support the migration effort, including import of business rules and logic to new platform; SSO configuration; user profile management; data conversion and migration into new migration; development of interfaces; lead testing activities; conduct parallel operations testing
• Serves as a principal evangelist and liaison with IT and HR, including day-to-day technical guidance to the including system capabilities.
• Works closely with the HR and IT to evaluate requirements and develop plans for a system migration.
• Assists in the development and implementation of QA testing plan including testing scripts.
• Defines and tracks quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.
• Perform testing all testing and quality assurance tasks. Assist in administrator and end-user training activities, including material development, workshops, and one-on-one sessions as needed.
• Must demonstrate in-depth understanding of IT system planning methodology, IT management issues, technology architectures, and general implementation and technical support issues.

Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in implementing, migrating, upgrading, and supporting Kronos Dimensions is required.
• Extensive experience in system assessment, design, build, test, and deployment of Kronos Dimensions suite, specifically Timekeeping.
• 5 Years of experience in implementation, migrating, upgrading, and supporting Kronos Workforce Central.
• Hands-on experience in implementing Kronos Workforce Central and Dimensions platforms.
• Experience in migrating from on-prem to cloud based version of Kronos.
• Extensive experience in system assessment, design, build, test, and deployment of Kronos Workforce Central Time Management and Kronos Dimensions Timekeeping.
• At least 7 years of progressive experience in System development/integration.
• Advanced knowledge of testing strategy and design, and quality assurance methods and procedures; processes and formulate/execute a testing strategy to support that process.
• 5-7 years of hands-on IT project management experience with strong knowledge in Kronos technologies, and process workflow integration.

Education:

Bachelors' degree in computer science, engineering, or in a related field or equivalent work experience.
